Beth Loxley is the founder and CEO of ZenStrategies, where she leads the firm’s vision, client strategy, and growth initiatives. With nearly three decades of experience in small business finance, tax strategy, and operations, Beth specializes in helping business owners gain clarity, build confidence, and make smarter decisions. She brings a sharp eye for opportunity and a practical approach to problem-solving, whether she’s guiding a client through a major growth phase or refining internal processes for greater efficiency. Beth is known for turning complexity into actionable insight—and for asking the questions no one else is asking.
When Beth isn’t at her desk, you can almost always find her in the garden with dirt under her nails. She and Tod have two adult sons and live in Hudson, Ohio.
Tod Loxley serves as Client Operations Director at ZenStrategies, where he guides business direction and strategic planning across client engagements. With a strong foundation in manufacturing operations management for a local family-owned company and global IT leadership from his tenure at a Fortune 500 enterprise, Tod brings a rare combination of process discipline and big-picture thinking. His expertise helps ensure our clients’ financial strategies are not only sound but scalable.
Tod is also a former high school lacrosse coach and an avid golfer. He and Beth have two adult sons and live in Hudson, Ohio.
Jon Orr is an Accountant and Analyst at ZenStrategies, where he supports financial forecasting, analysis, and automation across client accounts. With dual bachelor’s degrees in Accounting and Finance from Liberty University and a master’s in Forensic Accounting, Jon brings a well-rounded perspective to the numbers. He focuses on streamlining data workflows and enhancing the accuracy and clarity of financial insights. As a recent addition to the team in 2025, Jon is already putting his analytical skill set to work helping clients understand their financial story and plan more strategically for the future.
In his free time, Jon enjoys some friendly (and sometimes not too friendly!) competition on the basketball court or golf course. Jon lives in Shelbyville, Kentucky with his wife and daughter.
Zach George is the Data Intelligence Director at ZenStrategies, where he transforms financial data into clear, actionable dashboards that tell the story of our clients’ businesses. With a focus on clarity and insight, Zach builds customized visual reports, graphs and other magic tools that allow business owners to explore key metrics, spot trends, and uncover opportunities they might not have seen otherwise. His work brings hidden patterns to light and empowers clients to move forward with confidence backed by real numbers.
In life, Zach is passionate about everything he does, including traveling and exploring new places with his family. Zach and his wife, Tiffany, live in Cincinnati, Ohio with their two children.
Rachel Hughes serves as Relationship Manager at ZenStrategies, where she plays a key role in supporting both the client experience and internal operations. Whether coordinating client documents, managing office logistics, or ensuring the team has what they need to succeed, Rachel keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. She thrives in the variety her role offers and finds fulfillment in helping projects move from idea to execution. Known for her reliability and team-first mindset, Rachel is a steady presence who helps make the firm’s high-impact work possible.
Rachel and her husband, Justin, live in Macedonia, Ohio with their two children.
